Job Description Outside Guest Services Do you take pride in keeping spaces clean, organized, and guest-ready? The Lazydays RV Resort powered by Campers Inn RV is seeking an Outside Guest Services team member who blends groundskeeping, guest support, and event assistance to ensure an exceptional campground experience every day. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy outdoor work, hospitality, and creating a clean, welcoming resort environment for guests. Key Responsibilities • Assist with daily campground and park operations., • Escort RVs/coaches to assigned sites and assist with proper placement., • Welcome guests, explain park amenities, and offer additional assistance as needed., • Complete hourly site inspections and reports., • Perform mail and package runs throughout the day., • Collect garbage and maintain cleanliness across resort grounds., • Support park rallies, events, and package preparation, including setup of halls and common areas., • Maintain cleanliness of park grounds, Rally Center, pool areas, and common spaces., • Perform minor maintenance and repairs as needed., • Clean and maintain pet areas and dog stations., • Ensure proper upkeep and cleanliness of golf carts., • Communicate guest needs to appropriate sales or service personnel when necessary., • Assist with resolving guest concerns and escalate issues to management as needed., • Attend required company meetings and training sessions., • Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Qualifications & Experience • Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record., • Previous maintenance or groundskeeping experience preferred., • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English., • Strong problem-solving and reasoning skills., • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays., • Ability to interact in a professional, collaborative and courteous manner with co-workers and guests in a fast-paced environment., • Excellent customer service and communication skills. Education • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
