Job Title: Event Security Supervisor – Stadium & Event Operations Department: Security / Event Operations Reports To: Operations Manager / Site Manager Employment Type: Part Time | Event Based Schedule Location: Houston, Texas Position Summary A & A Services is seeking experienced and professional Event Security Supervisors to oversee guest services staff and Level 2 unarmed security officers at stadiums, sporting events, concerts, festivals, and large scale entertainment venues throughout Houston, Texas. This position is responsible for supervising event staff during live event operations from clock in through event completion. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills, prior event security or stadium operations experience, and the ability to manage teams in fast paced, high attendance environments. Candidates must hold a valid Texas Level 2 Security License and have experience supervising security personnel, managing crowd control operations, conducting patrols, and supporting large scale event staffing operations. Key Responsibilities • Supervise and manage event guest services staff and Level 2 security officers during assigned events, • Oversee teams ranging from approximately 25 to 75 event staff members, • Conduct pre shift briefings and communicate event expectations, assignments, emergency procedures, and operational updates, • Ensure all staff report on time, in proper uniform, credentialed, and fully prepared for assigned duties, • Perform uniform inspections, credential verification, and attendance tracking, • Manage employee sign in and sign out procedures throughout events, • Coordinate and monitor proper employee break rotations and staffing coverage, • Patrol assigned event areas and maintain visible supervisory presence throughout venues, • Assist with crowd management, de escalation, guest interactions, and incident response, • Support event operations and maintain communication with management, clients, and venue representatives, • Prepare and submit live event updates, operational reports, attendance records, and incident reports to management, • Address staffing issues, call offs, emergencies, and operational concerns in real time, • Ensure all team members follow company policies, client expectations, and venue procedures, • Support emergency response procedures and assist with maintaining a safe environment for guests, staff, and clients Qualifications • Valid Texas Level 2 Security License required, • Previous event security, stadium security, or crowd management experience required, • Prior supervisory or team leadership experience required, • Experience managing security teams and guest services personnel preferred, • Strong communication, leadership, and problem solving abilities, • Ability to work effectively in fast paced and high pressure event environments, • Ability to write professional incident and activity reports, • Professional appearance, strong reliability, and punctuality required, • Ability to stand, walk, patrol, and work outdoors for extended periods, • Must be available to work flexible event based schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and large scale events Preferred Skills • Experience working sporting events, concerts, festivals, conventions, or stadium operations, • Crowd control and de escalation experience strongly preferred, • Experience with radio communication, incident reporting, and event operations coordination, • Bilingual skills are a plus, • CPR or emergency response certifications are a plus EEO STATEMENT A & Associates, Inc. provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
