Job Description General Manager Location: Downtown Summerlin, Las Vegas, Nevada 89135 Compensation • Salary range 110000-125000, • Bonus up to 25 percent of store level profit, • Full time, target 50 hours per week Role Overview The General Manager oversees all day to day restaurant operations, guest service, team performance, and financial results for a high volume full service restaurant. This leader is responsible for driving sales, ensuring a superior dining experience, and developing a high performing team that consistently delivers quality, hospitality, and operational standards. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage daily restaurant operations with a strong focus on guest satisfaction, • Maintain a visible presence on the floor and visit every table to ensure a great dining experience, • Ensure all team members deliver high quality food, beverage, and service standards, • Oversee staffing levels, scheduling, and coverage for all shifts and positions, • Set the tone for professionalism, integrity, teamwork, and a positive work culture, • Maintain strong working relationships with vendors, suppliers, landlords, and partners, • Partner with the Chef on menu, food quality, and kitchen execution, • Manage product ordering, inventory, equipment care, and cost controls, • Ensure store level paperwork and reporting are completed accurately, • Maintain compliance with all health, safety, food, and beverage regulations, • Support seasonal menu changes and holiday menu planning, • Drive sales through guest satisfaction, training, and service techniques, • Oversee and approve hiring, training, performance management, and coaching, • Ensure strong wine and beverage knowledge and sales execution, • Address and resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly, • Reports directly to Senior Management Qualifications • Strong passion for hospitality, food quality, and guest service, • Proven leadership in high volume restaurant operations, • Strong math and financial skills including cost control and P and L literacy, • Ability to work opening, mid, closing, weekends, and holidays as needed, • Ten or more years of progressive leadership experience in restaurants, • Current ServSafe Manager certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire, • Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and provide valid work cards Physical Requirements • Ability to stand, walk, lift, climb, and remain active for 8 or more hours, • Ability to lift and move 25 pounds or more, • Comfortable working in a fast paced and high noise environment, • Ability to maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times Benefits • Medical, Dental, and Vision, • 401k, • Disability and Life Insurance, • Paid Time Off, • Annual bonuses, • Food and beverage discounts
