QUALIFICATIONS: * 6+ years of experience in Analytics, with direct experience in a consumer business preferred. * A self-serve player-coach; able to take broad business questions, wrangle appropriate data, quickly isolate and model key insights, visualize results and communicate actionable recommendations. * Clear, concise communicator with a bias for action. * Demonstrated success in influencing senior stakeholders on strategic direction based on data-driven insights. * Proficiency in SQL; experience with dbt, Snowflake and/or similar platforms. * Highly adept at leveraging AI tools to increase efficiency and quality of work. * Experience leading and developing a team, including driving large projects and mentoring junior analysts.
