Job Description: Vice President Architect – Brokerage Platform Role We are seeking a Vice President Architect to design and implement the core infrastructure of our brokerage platform. This role requires a deep understanding of capital markets, low-latency distributed systems, and scalable architectures. You will be responsible for defining and delivering the platform’s foundational components that ensure deterministic, fault tolerance, and low-latency execution. Your work will directly impact fairness, reliability, and performance in trading. The Role: Our teams build and contribute to Fidelity’s digital presence. As a Principal Search Engineer on the Search Platform team, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing our search and content discovery platform, supporting millions of customer requests. You will be responsible for implementing and enhancing hybrid search solutions, and leveraging AI/ML techniques to improve search relevance and user experience.
