Review with patients their financial responsibility based on any Insurance pre-determinations., • Work with outside patient care financing companies to give our patients a wide range of financial options., • Send Pre-determinations to Patient's Insurance companies. Keeping eye on their timely return to move forward with patient's care., • Collaborate with our financial team to address and collect patient balances when they are in set to return to the Practice for care., • Ability to respond to live chats or website leads as they may come thru during the day., • Comfortable with keeping up to date with email communications as the day goes on., • Professionally being able to hold space for anxious patients during the check out process, as well as being their advocate to properly explain their financial responsibilities., • Answer incoming calls when appropriate, not with a patient, as calls may come thru our Call Center., • Correctly schedule future appointments for patients checking out to ensure doctors and hygienists are focusing on caring for our patients.
