Job Description Client Relationship Specialist Location: Mesa, AZ Pay: $70,000–$80,000 per year Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite/Hybrid Benefits: Bonus opportunities + pay growth after the first year About the Opportunity A growing financial advisory firm in Mesa is seeking a Client Relationship Specialist (CRS) to join their team. This role supports financial advisors and clients by delivering top-tier service, managing client requests, and maintaining strong professional relationships. What You’ll Do • Partner with financial advisors to deliver outstanding client service, • Handle daily client requests (deposits, withdrawals, account access, paperwork, etc.), • Prepare and process new account forms and service documents accurately, • Manage client data in CRM and portfolio systems (Salesforce/XLR8, Envestnet/Tamarac, Schwab Advisor Center), • Research and resolve client inquiries quickly and professionally, • Support client onboarding, portal setup, and account updates, • Assist with special projects and operations support as needed What We’re Looking For • FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or Series 65) required, • 2–4 years of experience in financial services or a client-facing operations role, • Strong understanding of financial industry processes and terminology, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, • Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail, • Client-focused mindset with professionalism and empathy Why You’ll Love It Here • $70K–$80K base salary with bonus opportunities and pay growth after the first year, • Hybrid flexibility in a professional, team-oriented office, • Opportunity for advancement and professional development, • Work that makes a real impact on clients’ financial success Apply today to join a respected financial team that values excellence, integrity, and growth.
