Job Description E-Commerce and Fulfillment Specialist Reports to Director of Marketing and Brand Strategy Full time, hourly Monday through Friday 8 to 5 Compensation Starting at 45,000.00 annually depending on experience Position Summary The E-Commerce and Fulfillment Specialist manages the daily operations of all TGI online storefronts including Shop TGI Promo, Shop TGI Greek, and external client stores. This role ensures that products are uploaded accurately, inventory is organized and up to date, orders are fulfilled efficiently, and each storefront is maintained with a high level of accuracy and customer care. The position partners closely with marketing, art, production, and sales to deliver clean product launches, on-brand retail events, and a smooth online shopping experience for every customer. Key Responsibilities Shop TGI Promo • Oversee all Shop TGI Promo storefront operations including event setups, retail calendar updates, and promotional launches, • Attend and manage Shop TGI Promo events and ensure smooth execution and alignment with brand presentation, • Schedule creative brainstorm meetings and coordinate the development of new product lines from concept through launch, • Obtain approvals for pricing, styles, and quantities and oversee production through completion, • Manage inventory including inputting stock, printing barcodes, labeling merchandise, and organizing physical product, • Upload products with accurate titles, descriptions, and pricing and fulfill all e-commerce orders, • Maintain and update the storefront to ensure accurate product offerings and proper site functionality, • Track monthly inventory and sales, replenish stock as needed, and recommend discounting or retirement of slow-moving products, • Assign creative tasks in Asan/SalesForce and collaborate with the content coordinator for marketing support, • Fulfill all Shop TGI Promo and MGM e-commerce orders Shop TGI Greek • Manage the Shop TGI Greek storefront, retail calendar, and event needs, • Attend and manage Greek-related events while maintaining on-brand standards, • Schedule creative brainstorms and oversee Greek product line development from concept through launch, • Obtain approval for Greek pricing, quantities, and styles and oversee production to completion, • Manage Greek inventory including stock input, barcode creation, labeling, and physical organization, • Upload Greek products with accurate titles, descriptions, and pricing and fulfill all e-commerce orders, • Maintain and update the storefront to ensure smooth function and current offerings, • Track inventory and sales and recommend restocking, discounting, or retiring products, • Assign creative tasks in Asana/SalesForce and work with the marketing team to promote launches and events, • Fulfill all Shop TGI Greek and Affinity e-commerce orders External E-Commerce Store Management • Create and maintain e-commerce storefronts for clients using WooCommerce and Square, • Ensure storefronts are on brand and meet client expectations, • Partner with account managers on creative brainstorms when needed, • Coordinate product photoshoots to ensure accurate and high-quality images, • Manage inventory, upload products, maintain pricing accuracy, and fulfill orders for client storefronts, • Keep storefronts up to date with current offerings and clean site functionality, • Track monthly inventory and sales and provide restock or discount recommendations, • Provide account managers with bulk inventory purchased by clients, • Deliver monthly storefront sales and inventory reports to accounting and provide client performance reports Inventory and Fulfillment Support • Maintain the organization of the TGI brand studio and ensure inventory accuracy and cleanliness, • Track inventory levels and coordinate restocking through new product designs and production, • Create and manage packaging designs including poly mailers, mailers, and tiered packaging, • Handle all package fulfillment for marketing, collaborations, and special initiatives, • Assist with showroom cleanliness and presentation Customer Service • Respond to customer emails and order inquiries, • Support customers with order updates, exchanges, shipping issues, and general service needs, • Maintain friendly, accurate, and timely communication Required Skills and Experience • Experience with WooCommerce, Square, or similar platforms, • Familiarity with Klaviyo or Salesforce is helpful, • Strong organizational and project-management skills, • Ability to manage multiple storefronts, deadlines, and tasks at once, • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.), • Strong typing skills (accurate and efficient), • Strong written communication skills for product descriptions and customer service, • Experience with Asana is a plus, • Comfort lifting boxes (at least 30 lb), organizing physical inventory, and managing event setups, • Ability to work in a fast-moving, collaborative environment Key Performance Indicators • Order accuracy and fulfillment speed, • Inventory accuracy and organization, • Successful launch and execution of retail calendars, • Sales growth in storefronts, • Customer service satisfaction and response time, • Website accuracy and functionality Company DescriptionTGI Greek / TGI Promo is a screen printing, embroidery and creative marketing firm with in-house art, marketing and printing departments using the most current software and equipment in a fully automated paperless environment.
