Upstairs, our clubhouse is dedicated to Intelligent Leisure, with three floors of dining, cultural programming, and spaces for our members to spend their free time intentionally and well. From our traditional sit-down restaurant to the vinyl listening room, there's a little something special for every personality. Down at Bedrock, the club's fitness and wellness destination, we've cultivated a hub of Physical Culture–two levels of premium gym facilities, aquatics, spa, and recovery experiences. Together, Moss and Bedrock create a holistic environment where members can move, restore, and connect in a refined, community-focused setting. We are seeking passionate, professional, and certified Personal Trainers and Group Fitness Instructors to join the Bedrock team. This is an independent contractor role, ideal for trainers who want to build their own robust roster of clients from the Bedrock ecosystem within a premium training environment while aligning with a forward-thinking wellness brand. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Deliver intentional, results-driven group yoga sessions tailored to individual member goals and experience levels, • Lead high-quality, engaging classes that promote strength, balance, mindfulness, and recovery, • Maintain clear and timely communication with members and the Bedrock team, • Ensure a safe, welcoming, and inclusive class environment that reflects Bedrock's standards of excellence, • Uphold cleanliness and studio etiquette, including proper care and setup of equipment and props, • Participate in periodic performance check-ins, team meetings, and collaborative programming initiatives, • Represent the Bedrock brand with professionalism, integrity, and alignment to our core valuesQUALIFICATIONS:, • 3–5 years of experience teaching yoga in a group or private setting, • 200-hour (minimum) Yoga Alliance–recognized certification; additional certifications a plus, • CPR/AED certified (required), • Strong understanding of anatomy, alignment, and safe sequencing for all levels, • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, • Ability to create a grounded, inspiring, and motivating atmosphere Independent contractors will be compensated on a Net 15 basis upon submission of an invoice to the business, along with a valid Form W-9 (including either a Social Security Number or Business EIN). All independent contractors are required to maintain appropriate insurance coverage. A current Certificate of Insurance must be provided and approved prior to performing services or being granted access to club facilities.
