Responsibilities Ascension St Vincent Hospital is seeking a full time Palliative Care physician. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a wide variety of patients. Diverse patient population with any new or existing serious illness. Our specialty trained interdisciplinary team is consulted to help with pain, psychosocial, emotional or spiritual distress and overall goals of care. As a Level 1 Trauma Center, leading Cardiovascular, Stroke and Oncology programs, we work with exceptional, highly skilled clinicians to provide the best, most appropriate care to patients with complex diagnoses. We are also able to ensure a continuum of care through partnerships with community-based specialists, PCPs, Palliative Care teams and Hospice.
