Compliance & Policy Management Ensure compliance with healthcare, licensing, and insurance regulations. Maintain updated office policies and procedures. Assist in preparing for audits and accreditation reviews. Qualifications Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in office management, preferably in a healthcare or mental health setting. Skills & Competencies: Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and healthcare office procedures. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and practice management software (e.g., SimplePractice, TherapyNotes, etc.). Ability to work with sensitivity and discretion in a mental health environment.
