Job Description MMC is looking for you!!! Pay: $25/hr Hours: Monday – Friday Job Description: • Retrieve, verify, and document performance metrics including Q2 & Q4 employment, Q2 wages, Credential Attainment, and Measurable Skill Gains (MSGs) by conducting backend follow-up and secondary research., • Use verification sources such as The Work Number, state wage data, employer contacts, training provider records, and participant-provided documentation to confirm program outcomes., • Enter all performance data and case notes into the WorkSource Georgia Portal accurately and within required deadlines., • Review participant electronic files to ensure they are audit-ready, well-organized, complete, and compliant with federal, state, and local WIOA requirements., • Work with case managers and follow-up staff to resolve discrepancies, missing documents, or incorrect entries., • Contact training providers to obtain missing documents such as credentials, transcripts, MSG evidence, and job placement confirmations., • Support Follow-Up Specialists by completing secondary verification only—no initial follow-up responsibilities., • Run, create, and review internal performance reports at least twice monthly to identify gaps and document progress toward goals., • Provide performance‐related data to leadership and the Project Accountant for monthly forecasting (due by the 10th of each month)., • Assist with preparing data for monitoring visits, audits, and internal performance reviews., • Conduct targeted outreach to participants and employers for performance verification only (employment confirmation, wages, credential verification, etc.)., • Return all participants’ calls and inquiries within 48 hours., • Work closely with Workforce Specialists, Follow-Up Staff, and TCSG Employment Services to gather updates relevant to WIOA performance., • Make referrals to employment services when follow-up reveals additional employment support needs., • Maintain accurate, timely, and professional case notes in the WorkSource Georgia Portal reflecting all verification efforts., • Document services, contacts, and outcomes within 72 hours of completion., • Other duties as assigned.
