We're looking for a Pharmacy Warehouse Fulfillment Technician who wants their work to mean something — someone who brings care, accuracy, and purpose to every step of medication preparation and fulfillment. Why This Role Matters The Pharmacy Warehouse Fulfillment Technician plays a critical behind‑the‑scenes role in patient care. By ensuring medications, supplies, and sterile preparations are handled accurately and efficiently, this role helps ensure patients receive the right therapy at the right time — safely and compliantly. In this role, you'll contribute to work that: • Supports safe, timely delivery of infusion medications, • Enables pharmacists and clinicians to focus on patient care, • Maintains quality, compliance, and consistency in pharmacy operations, • Perform pharmacy fulfillment, inventory, and quality tasks under the direct supervision of a licensed Pharmacist, • Prepare, label, package, and stage prescriptions including sterile admixtures, unit‑dose, and prepackaged medications, • Generate and process batches for prescription preparation and shipment, • Enter and maintain accurate prescription, inventory, and shipment data in pharmacy systems, • Generate labels, pick lists, and packages according to dispensing orders, • Coordinate shipment details with intake, billing, pharmacy staff, and field teams to ensure insurance clearance prior to shipment, • Communicate prescription updates, shipment status, and delivery details to pharmacists and operational partners, • Receive, unpack, verify, and document incoming drug and supply deliveries, • Monitor outbound shipments and ensure delivery documentation is filed accurately and timely, • Maintain clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy workspaces, • Perform and document quality assurance activities, • Rotate inventory appropriately while maintaining required stock levels, • Support continuous improvement by staying current on infusion therapies, products, regulations, and best practices, • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, • A customer‑service mindset applied to behind‑the‑scenes patient care, • Comfort working in regulated, process‑driven environments, • Reliability, organization, and pride in doing things the right way, • High school diploma or GED, • Current, valid Pharmacy Technician license in good standing in the state of employment, • National Pharmacy Technician certification (PTCB), • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, • Two (2) or more years of Pharmacy Technician experience, • Familiarity with home infusion medications Here, you'll find: • Purpose‑driven work that directly supports patient outcomes, • A patient‑first, clinician‑led culture, • Clear expectations and strong pharmacy leadership, • A collaborative, safety‑focused work environment While performing the duties of this position, the employee may occasionally be required to stand, walk, or sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee may also be required to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this role include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. OTHER REQUIREMENTS Employees are expected to: • Participate annually in required legal and ethical compliance training, • Consistently act in compliance with LUX Infusion's legal, ethical, and compliance policies, • Adhere to all standards and procedures outlined in the LUX Infusion Compliance Manual This role operates in a fast‑paced environment and requires the ability to prioritize competing demands, manage multiple tasks effectively, and seek guidance when appropriate.
