The Role: Sales Development Ambassador We’re looking for a motivated, people-oriented team member to support our growth across the Southeast (VA → FL). This is a sales support position designed for someone eager to learn, build confidence in sales, and grow into a larger role. You’ll be on the front lines of outreach: setting appointments, attending events, cold calling, and doing in-person proximity marketing to introduce Internet Subway to property managers. Key Responsibilities • Appointment Setting: Make outbound calls to secure meetings for senior sales leaders with multifamily property owners, operators, and managers., • Event Engagement: Attend industry mixers, trade shows, and regional events to represent Internet Subway and generate leads., • Cold Outreach: Execute high-volume cold calls, emails, and social touches to fill the top of the sales funnel., • Proximity Marketing: Visit properties in person to drop off materials, introduce the brand, and build awareness in the territory, • CRM Discipline: Keep records of outreach, notes, and appointments updated in Dynamics 365., • Collaboration: Work closely with sales leadership to align on event planning, pipeline goals, and follow-up., • Event Support: Provide support for in person events by calling and setting appointments for the event on behalf of the attending sales team. What We’re Looking For • 1–3 years of sales, marketing, or customer-facing experience (tech, telecom, or multifamily preferred but not required). • Comfort making high-volume cold calls and engaging strangers in person., • Energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated to hit targets., • Strong communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)., • CRM experience (Dynamics 365 a plus)., • Traits we value: grit, work ethic, positivity, and accountability.
