Job Description ESP Associates, Inc. has an immediate opportunity for a Transportation Engineering Division Manager to support and grow our Transportation Business Unit in Central Florida. As a Division Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing transportation engineering projects with occasional support to other projects on a national level.
