Compensation: $55,000 - $95,000 yearly + benefits Responsibilities: • Communicate with Clients and other parties to provide updates and gather information, • Draft Pleadings, including Complaints, Motions, Discovery Requests, Subpoenas, Orders, and Affidavits, under the guidance of a lawyer, • Review and organize financial documents and prepare spreadsheets and Financial Affidavits, • Maintain Client files, • Schedule Hearings, Mediations, Depositions and Arbitrations, • File Pleadings with Court and communicate with Family Court, as needed, • Track and monitor Court filings and Court deadlines, • Interview witnesses and prepare summaries, • Prepare for Trial and Mediation, • Involvement with all aspects of a Family Law case Every member of our Team must follow our SMART Core Values which include: Service, Mindfulness, Authenticity, Responsibility, and Truth.
