About the Position: The TCBH Social Work Department is hiring for a Licensed Behavioral Health Professional or Candidate that would provide behavioral health services. This position would carry a caseload of adults coping with severe mental illness and/or substance abuse and would work as an active member of a treatment team. Job Description: · Assists with PT volunteers and RPTA students as requested by (in-charge) therapist. · Consistent and correct time-care utilization. · Decision Making: Independent judgment in making minor decisions where alternatives are limited, and standard policies/protocols have been established. · Working Relationships: Coordinates activities of others (does not supervise). · Leads others in same work performed (does not supervise). · Works directly with patients and/or customers. · Works with internal customers via telephone or face to face interaction. · Works with external customers via telephone or face to face interaction. · Works with other healthcare professionals and staff. · Teaches patient/family member proper use of equipment issued · Follows care path guidelines for patient/family education and documentation of home programs Required: • 1yr+ PTA experience, • Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program., • OK State PTA License, • BLS Certification Location: Tulsa, OK 74136 Schedule: Shift: Days – 40 hours/week - 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM Contract Length: 3 months Pay Rate: $30.00 – $35.00/hour Travel Gross weekly: $1,540 (Candidate must live 50 miles away) W2 hourly (Taxable): $16 Stipend weekly (Non Taxable)- $900.00 *Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
