The ideal candidate is comfortable working with high-acuity trauma, understands the unique needs and culture of these populations, and is motivated to provide evidence-based, compassionate care to those who serve our communities and country. Required Degrees & Licensure • Masters degree in a behavioral science or related field (from an accredited institution), • Pre-licensed candidates: LPC-Associates, LMSW, LMFT-Associates, • Must have at least 2 years of experience and be within 6 months of full licensure, • Fully licensed candidates: LPC, LCSW, LMFT (with or without an existing caseload)Required Certifications / Experience, • 12 years of experience working with veterans and/or first responders, • Training in trauma-focused interventions (basic + advanced), such as:, • EMDR, • CPT, • TF-CBT, • ART, • Ability to develop and deliver clinical services tailored to military and first responder populations, including families and spousesPreferred Certifications / Experience, • Advanced trauma training, • Experience treating PTSD and crisis response, • Additional evidence-based training (CPT, EMDR, TF-CBT, ART), • Military Cultural Competency coursework (completed or willingness to complete)Key Responsibilities, • Complete diagnostic assessments and individualized treatment plans, • Maintain a caseload of 25+ sessions/week (for full-time clinicians), • Provide high-quality, client-centered therapy services, • Complete documentation according to company standards, • Coordinate care with internal and external providers and supports, • Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and required trainingsWhat We Offer, • Competitive hourly pay + commission on self-pay and insurance reimbursement, • Paid administrative time for documentation and consultation, • Flexible scheduling, • Free CEUs & ongoing training, • A fun, supportive, clinician-centered culture that values work-life balance, • Additional Full-Time Employee BenefitsAdditional Details, • Location: North Richland Hills, TX, • Reports to: Clinical Director
