Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Location: Florida (county-based zones, in-home visits) Employment Type: Full-Time, W2 About Us We are partnering with a specialized healthcare provider that delivers in-home treatment for patients with chronic lymphedema. Unlike traditional home health agencies, this organization is dedicated exclusively to managing lymphatic dysfunction. Their model of care is structured, intentional, and aligned with best practices in chronic disease management. Clinicians are supported with training, mentorship, and growth opportunities while making a meaningful impact directly in patients’ homes. High-Priority Regions We are urgently hiring for the following areas: • Region G: DeLand, Deltona, Daytona Beach area, • Region H: The Villages, Mount Dora, Leesburg, • Region N: Davenport, Winter Haven, Haines City, Lakeland, Bradenton, • Region A: Orange County (Orlando, Apopka, Winter Park, Winter Garden, Ocoee, Windermere, Lake Buena Vista, and surrounding areas) & Seminole County (Sanford, Lake Mary, Oviedo, Altamonte Springs, Longwood, Casselberry, Winter Springs, Wekiwa Springs, and surrounding areas) Position Overview We are seeking Florida-licensed PTs, PTAs, OTs, and COTAs—with or without CLT certification—to join our growing team. These roles come with a unique pay structure, full benefits, and advancement opportunities through our Clinical Ladder Program. Clinicians are assigned to a primary zone within their home county, managing a caseload of 24–30 weekly patient visits, each lasting 70–85 minutes.
