Job Description Summary: The Child Care Director/Executive Director (ED) will oversee all daily center operations including business services, funding, public relations and human resources. This position will collaborate with the Assistant Directors to ensure the successful operation of the Child Development Center. The ED will work with staff to integrate developmentally appropriate curriculum (Early Learning Matters), ensure all licensing requirements are being met and children are in a healthy and safe environment. Our Physicians Assistants manage all aspects of urologic oncology including prostate cancer, bladder cancer, renal cancer, etc. Physicians Assistants will manage cancer patients, with physician support, through diagnosis and discussion of treatment options, interpretation of ongoing labs and imaging, and management of cancer medications and related adverse events. We have a strong research program with 20+ clinical trials with Physicians Assistants actively enrolling and monitoring patients. Duties and Responsibilities • Demonstrate a high degree of general medical and urological cancer knowledge and exercise independent judgment as appropriate, • Assess the patient’s medical condition (prostate cancer, bladder cancer, renal cancer, etc.) by completion of a urological examination, • Document appropriately and communicate with the appropriate physician in a timely manner as required, including, but not limited to: evaluations, treatment plans, progress reports, treatment notes, and other reports as requested, • Order and evaluate laboratory, radiological and diagnostic tests, • Prescribe, monitor, and adjust medications and devices based on the patient’s medical condition, • Develop and perform treatment plans in accordance with established protocols, • Order physical therapy, occupational therapy and/or home health care as appropriate, • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
