We provide mobile crane, knuckle boom, and heavy lift services for construction projects throughout the five boroughs. Our team is known for reliability, precision, and delivering on tight timelines in high-pressure environments. Job Summary We are looking for a sharp, organized Logistics Coordinator / Dispatcher to join our operations team. This person will manage daily crane and truck scheduling, coordinate with clients and crew, and ensure every job runs smoothly and safely. This is a critical position where communication, planning, and urgency matter. You'll work directly with our owner, operators, and clients to deliver top-tier service across NYC. Key Responsibilities * Schedule crane and knuckleboom jobs daily * Communicate with clients to confirm site readiness, permits, and logistics * Dispatch operators and riggers with job details, maps, and safety info * Coordinate with the Owner, Sales Team, and Project Managers * Track equipment movement, availability, and location * Ensure DOT compliance and parking / delivery logistics * Update daily calendar and job tracker * Assist with last-minute schedule changes or emergencies * Communicate clearly and consistently via phone, text, and email Qualifications * 2+ years of experience in logistics, dispatching, or construction coordination * Experience in crane, rigging, trucking, or equipment rental (preferred) * Strong multitasking and decision-making skills under pressure * Familiarity with NYC streets, boroughs, and permitting * Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and text) * Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets) * Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus Why Join Us? * Competitive pay with overtime & performance bonuses * Team-first environment with real growth opportunities * Work on major construction jobs across NYC * Be part of a growing company where your role matters Apply Today Ready to make an impact?
