Job Description PROJECT MANAGER – Commercial Interiors / Corporate Renovations Location: Parsippany, NJ (local travel throughout NJ) Type: Full-Time About Our Client Our client is a well-established construction management firm based in Parsippany, NJ, recognized for delivering high-quality commercial and corporate renovation projects with a collaborative, client-first approach. OSHA The Opportunity Our client is hiring a Project Manager to lead commercial interiors and corporate renovation projects across New Jersey. This role is ideal for a PM who can run work start-to-finish—precon through closeout—while keeping schedule, budget, quality, and safety tightly aligned. (Construction management emphasizes controls across time, cost, scope, quality, and safety.) What You’ll Be Doing • Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout (buyout, schedule, budget, execution, turnover), • Drive subcontractor coordination and field performance to hit milestones and deliver quality, • Lead project communication: client updates, OAC meetings, action items, follow-ups, • Own project controls: RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, closeout docs, • Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans, • Ensure compliance with safety standards and jobsite expectations (safety integration is a core CM responsibility) What Our Client Is Looking For • 8+ years Project Management experience in commercial/corporate renovation (interiors), • Strong command of schedule + budget + subcontractor management, • Experience running multiple projects simultaneously, • Proficiency with construction software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, or similar), • Excellent communication skills—confident with clients and field teams Preferred: • Corporate office, healthcare, higher-ed, or similar renovation environments, • OSHA 30 (preferred, not required) Compensation & Benefits • Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience), • Bonus potential, • Medical / dental / vision + 401(k), • PTO and professional development Interested?
