Company Description Lukrom is a real estate investment company headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, with expertise across diverse property types, including single-family residential, multifamily, office, retail, industrial, and ground-up development. Specializing in the private lending industry, Lukrom offers private investment opportunities for accredited investors. We’re hiring a Marketing Coordinator to own and execute content for a fast-growing, founder-led brand. This is not a typical social media role. It’s a hybrid of creative direction, content capture, writing, platform management, and results-driven execution. You’ll work closely with the founder/CEO to extract insights, stories, and ideas, and transform them into high-performing content across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, email, and podcast. You’ll manage the content pipeline, oversee publishing and scheduling, and collaborate with a remote editor to produce content that drives engagement, leads, and brand authority. This is a performance-driven role where creativity and execution meet. Your impact will be measured by content output, quality, consistency, and how well your work drives leads, pipeline, and growth. Qualifications: • Strong Communication and Writing skills, including the ability to craft impactful messages and collaborate with diverse teams., • Sales and Event Planning expertise to help drive engagement and execute on-site and off-site marketing activities effectively., • Project Management skills to prioritize and manage deadlines across various marketing tasks and initiatives., • Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to adapt to dynamic business needs., • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred., • Previous experience in a marketing role or in the real estate industry is a plus., • Proficiency in digital tools and platforms, including social media and project management software, is highly desirable. Responsibilities: 1. Content Ideation and Strategy • Conduct weekly or biweekly interviews with the founder to extract stories, insights, and perspectives, • Maintain a living list of at least 20 ready-to-film content ideas at all times, • Proactively pitch content formats such as storytelling videos, skits, walk-and-talks, behind-the-scenes moments, or founder POV rants, • Stay up to date on platform trends, audience behavior, and industry content shifts to inform strategy 2. Content Capture and Real-Time Filming • Film authentic content with the founder during workdays, meetings, events, or casual moments, • Prompt spontaneous content by asking sharp, relevant questions, • Use a mobile-first setup (smartphones, wireless mics, natural lighting) to ensure quality and agility, • Ensure video and audio quality across all shoots, including podcast and livestream setups 3. Creative Direction and Editing Oversight • Direct on-camera performance, delivery, angles, and movement, • Guide shot composition, pacing, and visual tone, • Work closely with a remote editor to hand off footage, provide creative direction, and give clear feedback, • Review and approve all content for tone, alignment, and platform readiness 4. Writing and Content Optimization • Write platform-native copy for social posts, blogs, newsletters, and video/podcast descriptions, • Use AI tools when appropriate to increase speed and scale—then refine with human voice and clarity, • Ensure all content is optimized for both search engine SEO and AI/LLM visibility 5. Publishing, Platform Management, and Campaigns • Schedule and publish content across social channels, blog, YouTube, podcast platforms, and email, • Maintain a minimum two-month content queue ready to post, • Publish biweekly blog posts combining video and written content, • Manage email and SMS communications, • Number of founder interviews/ideation sessions conducted, • Number of videos filmed and edited, • Number of organic social posts published, • Number of emails/newsletters written and sent, • Number of podcast/video episodes published, • Number of blogs created and posted, • Number of ads launched and managed, • Quality and speed of feedback to editor, • Minimum 1 month of content in queue at all times Outcomes and Strategic Goals These are the results your execution is expected to drive over time, as well as long-term brand-building targets: Performance Outcomes • Growth in followers and subscribers across platforms, • High engagement rates (likes, shares, comments, saves), • Increased video watch time, retention, and click-throughs, • Website traffic generated from content, • Email/SMS list growth and lead volume, • Return on ad spend from paid content Strategic Brand/Business Goals • Direct Messages or Inquiries, • Website Visits, • Sign-Ups (email/SMS/etc.), • Booked Calls with Potential Clients, • Calls that move into the actual pipeline, • Build a top-ranked presence across key channels, • Launch and grow a high-performing YouTube channel, • Turn the podcast into an industry-leading show, • Establish the founder as a recognized thought leader, • Direct access to the founder and executive leadership, • Ownership of the creative execution of the content strategy, • A fast-paced, transparent, and performance-oriented environment, • Content coaching, training, and proven systems, templates, and tools already in place., • Ongoing growth opportunities based on results, • Paid travel (if applicable) for content capture or event support, • Medical Benefits, • 401K plan You don’t need to be told what to do.
