We bring deep expertise and a hands-on approach to support our partners, expand the Guardian network, and make a lasting, positive impact across every organization What we need: The Head of Service-Rebuild is a pivotal leadership role that will play an essential role in accelerating Guardian's market expansion advancing our competitive edge. This role is responsible for advising, coaching, and mentoring Guardian's partner organizations (PCOs) to build and scale high-performing service lines. This role involves assessing opportunities for new or expanded service offerings, optimizing go-to-market strategies, and implementing best practices to drive revenue growth and improve gross margins. The Head of Service will analyze monthly performance reports to identify improvement opportunities, apply industry benchmarks for staffing ratios and job complexity, and develop actionable plans to enhance financial performance. Additionally, this role will support PCOs in increasing service volume through lead generation, refining customer acquisition strategies—including digital marketing and referral partnerships—and publishing playbooks to ensure consistent execution. Success in this role requires a data-driven approach, operational expertise, and the ability to deliver measurable impact across multiple partner organizations Key Responsibilities: * Strategic Leadership: Advise and mentor partner organizations (PCOs) to develop and scale high-performing service lines, driving growth and profitability. * Operational Optimization: Assess and implement best practices to improve operations, including job costing, subcontractor bidding, permitting, scheduling, change management, and budget adherence. * Performance Analysis: Review monthly performance reports, identify areas for improvement, and leverage industry benchmarks to create actionable plans aimed at enhancing financial performance. * Revenue Growth: Optimize go-to-market strategies, refine customer acquisition efforts, and develop lead-generation strategies, including digital marketing and referral partnerships, to drive service volume and expand market share. * Team Development: Lead and mentor project managers, coordinators, and other service line teams, fostering a hands-on, coaching-oriented approach to improve performance and consistency. * Process Development: Publish playbooks to ensure consistent execution across all partner organizations, streamlining operational processes and driving efficiency. * Profitability: Focus on increasing profitability through refined operational practices, data-driven decision-making, and enhanced customer acquisition strategies. * Industry Expertise: Leverage deep expertise in residential restoration, reconstruction, and general contracting to elevate service standards and operational practices across all PCOs. * Insurance Negotiation: Negotiate with insurance adjusters and carriers to ensure timely approvals and payments, advocating for best practices and cost-effective solutions. Qualifications: • 10+ years of experience in the home restoration industry, with a strong track record of optimizing and scaling service lines., • Proven expertise in financial performance improvement, including margin optimization, operational efficiency, and applying industry benchmarks., • Strong go-to-market and customer acquisition experience, particularly in developing referral partnerships and digital marketing strategies., • Data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze performance reports, identify trends, and develop actionable improvement plans. Operational expertise with a hands-on approach to team leadership and coaching. * Ability to analyze data and trends to make informed decisions that drive measurable improvements in performance and profitability. * A passion for elevating operational standards and creating scalable, high-performing service lines. * A commitment to raising the bar for rebuild execution across all Guardian partner organizations. Compensation: Guardian is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $200,000 - $250,000 + Performance Based Bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary range is subject to change and may be modified at any time. Location: Denver, Colorado strongly preferred, but open to candidates in Washington, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, Colorado, Michigan, Illinois, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Georgia, Florida, and Connecticut.
