We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our field production team, drive operational excellence, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to our high standards of quality and client satisfaction. Learn more about us: Position Overview The Production Manager is responsible for leading the execution of residential remodeling projects from pre-construction through completion. This role oversees production planning, resource allocation, team leadership, budgeting oversight, and operational performance across multiple concurrent projects. This leader will manage Project Managers and carpentry staff while driving accountability, process discipline, and continuous improvement across the production department.
