About Ultrasound AI: Ultrasound AI is a mission-driven health tech startup advancing women’s health through practical AI. Our flagship product, Delivery Date AI™ (DDAI™), was granted FDA De Novo authorization (Class II, DEN250007) in February 2026 — making us one of the first companies to bring a cleared AI-powered obstetric prediction tool to market. No new scans. No workflow disruption. Better information for clinicians at the point of care. We operate across the U.S., Brazil, and Chile, and we’re actively growing. This summer we’re bringing on motivated interns to contribute real, lasting work alongside our small, high-trust team. About the Role: As a Summer 2026 Intern at Ultrasound AI, you’ll work directly with our team on meaningful cross-functional work spanning operations, regulatory, marketing, business development, or clinical research — depending on your skills and where you can make the most impact. You won’t be fetching coffee or sitting in on meetings as a fly on the wall. You’ll own a defined project with a tangible deliverable, supported by an experienced mentor and a team that’s invested in your success. The specific scope of your project will be shaped around your background and capabilities. We have active work streams across the company and will match strong candidates to the highest-priority work available. What You’ll Do: • Own a defined summer project with a clear deliverable — something the team will actually use after you leave, • Contribute to active workstreams in one or more of our core functional areas: operations, regulatory/quality, marketing, business development, or clinical research, • Conduct research, analysis, or process work to support product and business decisions, • Help document processes, findings, or workflows in a way that scales beyond your time here, • Participate in team meetings, product reviews, and a final intern presentation at the close of the summer, • Collaborate across functions and get a real look at how an FDA-cleared AI company operates day to day What We’re Looking For: • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field (business, science, engineering, public health, communications, or similar), • Genuine interest in healthcare, AI, or medical technology — you’ve thought about this space, not just checked a box, • Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) as part of how you work and research, • Strong communication skills, written and verbal — you can explain something clearly to someone outside your field, • Proactive and self-directed: you ask good questions, figure things out, and don’t wait to be told what to do next, • Detail-oriented and organized enough to manage a project across a full summer without losing the thread, • Experience with tools like Excel, Notion, Salesforce, Canva, or basic data workflows, • Interest or coursework in maternal health, obstetrics, medical imaging, or life sciences, • Exposure to regulated industries (healthcare, medical devices, pharma, clinical research), • Spanish language proficiency (helpful for our LATAM commercial work), • Previous internship, research, or project experience in a startup or fast-paced environment What You’ll Gain: • A real project with a real deliverable — something you can speak to confidently in your next interview or application, • Hands-on exposure to a post-FDA-clearance medical AI company scaling toward commercial launch, • Direct mentorship and feedback from experienced operators, clinicians, and researchers, • A front-row seat to how early-stage companies make decisions across product, regulatory, and commercial strategy, • A final presentation opportunity to showcase your work to the full team Why Join Ultrasound AI: • Meaningful work in maternal health that directly affects patient outcomes, • One of the first FDA-cleared AI tools in obstetrics — you’ll work on something genuinely novel, • Small, high-trust team where you work directly with leadership, not through layers of management, • Paid internship ($15/hr) with in-office collaboration in the Denver metro area, • A structured program with clear expectations, a dedicated mentor, and a defined project scope from day one How to Apply: Apply through Indeed with your resume or LinkedIn profile. In your application, please include a brief note (3–5 sentences) about a project or experience you’re proud of and what you learned from it. If you have a relevant work sample, writing sample, or portfolio piece, feel free to include it — it’s not required, but it helps us understand how you think. Ability to Commute:
