At Oxigent Technologies, we’re looking for a Senior Manager Strategy & Innovation to join an exciting Lab research innovation Project based in Barcelona. What will your main responsibilities be? As a Senior Manager of Strategy & Innovation within our Strategic Growth and Enablement Team, you will lead programs and multiple parallel strategy and innovation projects that shape the direction of the business. Reporting into senior leadership, you will own end to end delivery of CxO level initiatives — from framing the problem and setting success criteria, to allocating resources across workstreams, establishing governance and rituals, and landing outcomes with the organization. You will be a trusted advisor to executive sponsors, the voice of strategic clarity in cross functional forums, and a developer of talent in the team. You will define standards, raise the quality bar, and ensure that what we ship — strategy, roadmap, blueprint, solution — meets the expectations of a Clevel audience. Program Leadership & Strategic Direction • Lead CxO level strategy and innovation programs end to end: frame business wide problems, set success criteria, prioritize across projects, and make resource trade offs., • Set the vision and operating rhythm for your program: establish governance, rituals, and accountability mechanisms across multiple parallel projects., • Allocate people and capacity across workstreams, shape team capabilities, and lead hiring decisions as relevant., • Ensure alignment with corporate priorities and translate strategic intent into concrete plans, milestones, and outcomes. Executive Communication & Stakeholder Influence • Craft and deliver CxO ready narratives that anticipate audience needs and drive decisions; role model structured communication for the team., • Influence senior internal leaders and external stakeholders; act as a credible counterpart to executive sponsors, partners, and customers., • Build coalitions across functions and regions; drive alignment among senior stakeholders, navigate cultural contexts, and resolve conflicts constructively. Transformative Insights & Innovation • Shape and champion transformative initiatives aligned with corporate objectives; anticipate emerging industry, customer, and technology shifts and position SITA to benefit., • Be recognized as a subject matter authority on the topics you own; understand the contextual nuances of the air transport and technology ecosystem., • Define standards, frameworks, and best practices that are adopted across projects and reused across the function. Execution & Delivery • Set ambitious objectives and timelines that challenge the status quo; drive momentum across projects and pivot decisively when conditions change., • Identify and remove structural blockers — not just operational ones — to unlock progress at program level., • Produce output that meets CxO level expectations: strategy documents, roadmaps, blueprints, business cases, and recommendations that are decision ready., • Raise the bar for quality, rigor, and impact across everything the team delivers. Developing Others • Mentor, coach, and motivate managers, analysts, and junior colleagues; give regular informal guidance, share expertise, and role model the behaviors expected at SITA., • Grow individual contributors into leaders: set clear expectations and feedback rhythms, support career development, and build a continuous learning culture within the team., • Own onboarding, knowledge transfer, and capabilitybuilding investments for the function. What will you need to succeed? • University degree in Business Administration, Management, Sciences, Engineering, or a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree from a leading institution preferred., • 4-6 years of experience leading strategy, innovation, and transformation initiatives in complex environments, including ownership of programs or multiple parallel projects., • Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written. Technical skills: • Strong track record at a top tier Strategy Consulting firm, with experience as an Engagement Manager / Project Leader (or equivalent), or comparable seniority as Managing Director in Investment Banking or Director of Corporate Strategy, • Demonstrated experience setting strategic direction and shaping CxO level recommendations, blueprints, or roadmaps that have been adopted by the business., • Exceptional program and project management skills: able to plan, structure, and govern multi stakeholder initiatives over multiple quarters., • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to craft CxO ready narratives and influence senior executives., • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills, including senior level and cross cultural contexts., • Track record of mentoring, coaching, or line managing more junior team members and developing talent., • Comfort operating in highly ambiguous environments with the judgment to make decisive tradeoffs.
