Job Summary We are looking for a highly organised, proactive Sales Coordinator to support our Sales and Business Development team from our Barcelona office. You will help keep our commercial activity running smoothly by coordinating lead generation, tracking opportunities in the pipeline, ensuring timely follow ups from sales calls, supporting regular LinkedIn posting, and helping to organise conferences, outreach, and travel bookings for the team. You will also support relationships with local games trade associations and help track grant and trade show subsidy opportunities, keeping deadlines and documentation organised. This is an excellent role for someone early in their sales career who enjoys structure, communication, and getting things done, and who is comfortable engaging with prospects and customers to help move opportunities forward. Travel is not required for this role. Key Responsibilities Sales and business development coordination Maintain accurate pipeline and contact records in our CRM, including next steps, notes, and follow up dates Track actions from sales calls and ensure follow ups are completed on time Support call planning with agendas, background research, and briefing notes Coordinate internal steps for proposals, outreach, and customer communications Lead generation and qualification support Research target companies and contacts and help build prospect lists Support inbound lead qualification and lead routing Support outbound outreach activity, including sequencing and follow up tracking Help create simple one to many nurture activity to reengage prospects over time LinkedIn and content support Support regular LinkedIn posts by drafting, scheduling, and coordinating approvals with the CEO Repurpose internal updates into short, professional social posts Track basic engagement metrics and suggest improvements to themes and cadence Conferences, events, and travel logistics Help plan and organise industry conferences and trade shows, including registrations, meeting schedules, and deadlines Coordinate travel bookings and calendars for sales leadership when required Support event preparation including attendee lists, meeting requests, and follow up actions Trade associations and grants support. Maintain relationships and communications with local games trade associations Track opportunities for grants, subsidies, and trade show support Maintain a simple calendar of deadlines and required documentation, and support submissions Core Competencies Highly organised with strong attention to detail Strong communication skills and confidence following up with internal teams and external contacts Process driven and execution oriented Comfortable working with data, tracking activity, and reporting progress Able to work independently while collaborating closely with sales leadership Comfortable working through ambiguity and prioritising effectively Requirements Minimum 2 years experience in sales support, sales coordination, commercial administration, or a similar role English and Spanish proficiency (written and spoken) is required French language skills are highly beneficial Games industry experience is beneficial but not required Comfortable using LinkedIn for prospecting and professional communication Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace and or Microsoft Office (Sheets or Excel, Docs or Word, etc.) High attention to detail and the ability to deliver to deadlines Hiring process Apply with your CV to Online language assessment (English and Spanish, and French if applicable) Interview with sales leadership Role Information Company: GameScribes Location: Initially working remotely, and later based in an office located in Barcelona.
