Join Neurons Lab as Head of Cloud to lead our strategic partnership with AWS and drive the expansion of our cloud capabilities across AI/ML consulting engagements. This senior leadership role combines strategic partnership management, business development, and technical excellence to accelerate growth in the cloud ecosystem. You will manage our Advanced AWS Partnership, secure funding and credits for client projects, and build world-class cloud capabilities within our team. The role requires a blend of technical depth, business acumen, and relationship management skills to navigate complex partnership agreements and drive revenue growth through cloud initiatives. Drive Neurons Lab's cloud strategy and AWS partnership to achieve measurable business growth through: • Partnership Excellence: Maintain and expand our Advanced AWS Partnership status, securing Premier Tier partnership within 18 months, • Funding Success: Achieve 95%+ success rate on AWS funding applications with average application time within 2 business days, • Engineering Excellence: Establish technical standards that ensure all solutions are built for reusability, implement comprehensive documentation practices, and create knowledge sharing frameworks that accelerate team capability development and solution delivery speed, • New Service Development: Launch and scale 3+ new cloud service offerings generating €200K+ annual recurring revenue (Well-Architected Review services, Migration offerings, AWS Marketplace solutions, Cloud Reselling programs), • Market Leadership: Establish Neurons Lab as a recognized thought leader in AI/ML cloud solutions through content, speaking, and partnerships, • Maintain a 95%+ success rate on AWS funding applications submitted, • Secure AWS funding through PoC and MAP programs, with target average application time of 2 days for PoC fundings, • Complete and document at least 10+ AWS Well-Architected reviews annually (primarily billable), • Increase AWS certification portfolio at all levels (Foundation, Associate, Pro/Spec) by 30% annually, • Meet or exceed 50% billable utilization target while balancing internal initiatives, • Strategic Relationship Management: Serve as primary contact for AWS partnership team, negotiating contracts and securing optimal terms for Neurons Lab and clients, • Funding Program Leadership: Drive AWS funding acquisition through PoC, MAP, ISV Workload Migration, and specialized AI/ML programs, • Competency Management: Lead competency applications and renewals, expanding our portfolio to include Migration, Data Analytics, and additional specialized areas, • Architecture Standards: Define and enforce technical standards ensuring solutions are reusable, scalable, and deployable across environments, • Documentation Culture: Establish documentation practices including infrastructure-as-code documentation, architectural decision records, and knowledge transfer protocols, • Knowledge Sharing: Create onboarding programs, coding standards, knowledge sharing frameworks, and cross-team learning initiatives, • Engineering Best Practices: Implement modern development practices including IaC templates, automated testing frameworks, and standardized deployment pipelines, • Technical Excellence: Ensure all deliverables meet AWS Well-Architected standards and production-grade quality requirements, • Enterprise FSI Customer Launch: Lead onboarding and first implementations for key Financial Services Industry clients, establishing Neurons Lab as a trusted FSI cloud partner, • New Service Launch Leadership: Drive first implementations of new cloud service offerings with strategic enterprise customers, • Market Entry Engagements: Participate in breakthrough projects that establish Neurons Lab presence in new markets or industry verticals, • Reference Customer Development: Build relationships with enterprise clients who become case studies and advocates, • Innovation Showcases: Lead cutting-edge AI/ML implementations that demonstrate Neurons Lab's leadership, • Strategic Partnership Projects: Collaborate on joint customer engagements with AWS and other strategic partners to strengthen ecosystem relationships, • AWS Partnership Experience: Working knowledge of AWS Partner Network, funding programs (PoC, MAP), and competency applications, • AWS Technical Skills: Solutions Architect Associate/Professional certification with hands-on cloud architecture experience, • Team Leadership: Experience leading technical teams (5+ people) and establishing engineering standards, • Business Development: Track record generating revenue through cloud services or partnerships, • Customer Facing: Comfortable presenting technical solutions to enterprise clients and supporting sales processes, • Communication: Advanced English, able to explain technical concepts
