Role Overview We are looking for a Partner – Partnerships & Strategic Alliances to help building, managing, and scaling strategic partnerships across the European market. This role is central to RateGain’s partner-led growth strategy and will focus on driving measurable revenue outcomes through high-impact collaborations. You will own partner relationships end-to-end, from identifying and onboarding the right partners to defining joint value propositions, enabling go-to-market initiatives, and driving pipeline and revenue through co-selling efforts. This is an individual contributor role requiring a proactive, strategic, and commercially driven professional who can operate cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams. Key Responsibilities • Evaluate and onboard strategic partners across PMS, RMS, and the broader travel tech ecosystem., • Own partner business plans, including joint goals, revenue targets, and go-to-market strategies., • Develop and execute co-selling motions with internal teams and partner organizations., • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue., • Collaborate with product and integration teams to prioritize and enable partner integrations., • Plan and execute joint marketing initiatives including campaigns, webinars, and industry events., • Negotiate and manage commercial agreements and partnership frameworks Track, measure, and optimize partner performance using defined KPIs., • Act as the primary point of contact for partner stakeholders, building strong and lasting relationships., • Represent RateGain at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings across Europe. Success Metrics • Partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue., • Number of active and revenue-generating partners., • Pipeline generated through partner channels., • Adoption and performance of partner integrations., • Number and impact of joint go-to-market initiatives.
