The Role We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team on a fixed-term contract (six months). This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality HR support across a broad range of people-related activities during a busy and dynamic period for the business. Reporting to the HR team, you will deliver accurate and timely HR administration, and operational support to ensure the successful delivery of key HR initiatives, projects, and employee lifecycle activities. As an HR Generalist, your responsibilities will include: Personnel Administration • Preparing and maintaining employment contracts and contract amendments., • Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies., • Creating, maintaining, and updating employee records throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to contract end., • Managing HR documentation and personnel files. Recruitment and Onboarding Support • Drafting and publishing job advertisements in collaboration with hiring managers and HR colleagues., • Screening applications and coordinating candidate shortlisting., • Conducting telephone pre-screening interviews., • Organising interviews and coordinating recruitment activities., • Conducting reference checks and supporting onboarding processes. Performance and Reward Processes • Supporting annual salary review and compensation administration activities., • Assisting with the preparation, coordination, and administration of performance review processes and annual appraisal cycles. Learning and Development Support • Assisting in identifying learning and development needs., • Supporting the development and implementation of training plans., • Coordinating training providers, quotations, and training logistics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English would be a strong advantage, and proficiency in additional languages would be highly valued. Our Ideal Candidate We are looking for a proactive, results-driven, and people-focused HR professional with: • 3-5 years' experience in a generalist HR role., • Thorough understanding of French employment law and HR best practices., • Experience supporting a broad range of HR activities across the employee lifecycle., • Excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail., • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment., • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the business., • A collaborative approach and a passion for providing exceptional employee support.
