Reports to: Directeur·rice de la Stratégie Localisation: Paris, France (Hybride) Description du poste: Le/la Stratégiste Senior occupe un rôle clé, directement en lien avec les clients, et agit comme référent·e stratégique pour l’un des plus grands comptes européens de l’agence. Cette personne devra faire preuve d’un esprit analytique et critique, capable d’analyser les performances des campagnes d’influence et d’en tirer des insights concrets pour formuler des recommandations stratégiques et créatives proactives. Très au fait des tendances sociales et du paysage de l’influence, en particulier sur le marché français, le/la Stratégiste Senior se distingue par sa créativité, son autonomie, son agilité et sa capacité à trouver des solutions concrètes dans un environnement rapide et en constante évolution. Le/la candidat·e idéal·e allie pensée stratégique et sens créatif, sachant transformer données et insights en stratégies pour les campagnes d’influence. Dans ce rôle, il/elle sera amené·e à piloter la stratégie, formuler des recommandations auprès du client, identifier des optimisations, proposer des solutions innovantes et imaginer des concepts créatifs permettant de faire croître le business et d’atteindre les objectifs (KPIs) fixés. Responsabilités principales: • Construire des stratégies innovantes et inspirantes pour l’un des plus importants clients de l’agence., • Collaborer étroitement avec les autres départements et membres de l’équipe pour concevoir des stratégies d’influence innovantes répondant aux besoins spécifiques du client., • Identifier de manière proactive les axes d’optimisation et proposer des solutions basées sur les données et les insights., • Élaborer des stratégies et des modèles tarifaires adaptés au budget, aux besoins et aux objectifs du client, en s’appuyant sur les enseignements des campagnes passées., • Diriger la conception créative des campagnes en s’appuyant sur une connaissance approfondie du public cible, de la culture française et de l’identité de marque du client., • Anticiper les évolutions du secteur et des plateformes, partager les tendances clés avec le client et transformer ces insights en leviers d’optimisation stratégique., • Être expert·e des outils et plateformes Obviously, et comprendre le positionnement concurrentiel de l’agence., • Servir de référent·e sur le marché européen de l’influence pour l’ensemble des équipes internes de l’agence., • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec la Directeurice de la Stratégie sur des dossiers complexes, tout en assumant pleinement la responsabilité des projets, des relations clients et des recommandations stratégiques. Compétences + expériences: • Diplôme équivalent à un Bac +5 (Master en marketing, communication ou stratégie)., • 5 ans d’expérience minimum en marketing ou stratégie (une expérience en agence d’influence est fortement appréciée)., • Expérience confirmée dans un environnement dynamique et en constante évolution., • Expérience en leadership stratégique ayant contribué à améliorer la performance des campagnes, le positionnement des marques et/ou la satisfaction client., • Esprit analytique : capacité à transformer la recherche et les données en recommandations concrètes et actionnables., • Capacité à articuler pensée créative, gestion budgétaire et storytelling stratégique, en les traduisant en présentations claires et engageantes., • Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles et orales en français et en anglais., • Aisance à l’oral et capacité à présenter clairement des stratégies à des équipes internes comme externes., • Maîtrise des outils d’intelligence artificielle pour la recherche, la création, l’édition et la gestion de projet., • Profil équilibré à la fois analytique et créatif, capable de naviguer avec aisance entre données et réflexion stratégique., • Maîtrise de Google Slides et PowerPoint, avec la capacité à construire une présentation fluide et percutante à partir d’une stratégie., • Excellentes capacités d’organisation et de gestion du temps, notamment sur des projets complexes et multitâches., • Rigueur, attention aux détails et sens du suivi., • Intérêt marqué pour le marketing d’influence et les médias sociaux, avec une vision claire et affirmée du secteur., • Expérience avec des plateformes et technologies d’influence (ou services associés). Compétences linguistiques : Ce poste requiert une maîtrise parfaite du français et de l’anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral. To apply, please email your resume to with the role in the email title. -- Reports to: Director of Strategy Location: Paris, France (Hybrid) Role Description: The Senior Strategist is a client-facing role, serving as the Strategy Lead on one of the agency’s largest European clients. This person will be a critical thinker, with the ability to digest and analyze influencer campaign performance and use these insights to proactively propose recommendations and fresh strategies to the client. They are highly attuned to social media trends and the influencer landscape, particularly in France. They are very creative, agile, independent, and solutions-oriented with the ability to deliver high quality, insight-backed strategies in a fast-paced, ever-changing industry and environment. The ideal candidate will be equally creative and analytical with the ability to take data and insights and translate them into actionable strategies for our influencer activations. In this role, the Senior Strategist will be challenged to lead strategy and confidently make recommendations to the client as they identify optimizations, propose solutions, and ideate creative concepts to continually grow the business and ensure KPIs are met. Role Requirements: • Deliver world class proposals and strategic leadership to one of the agency’s largest European clients, • Proactively work with other departments and team members to build innovative influencer strategies based on client’s specific business needs, • Identifies areas of optimizations for the client, proactively proposes solutions and insight-backed ideas, • Strategically builds influencer frameworks and pricing structures based on client’s budget, needs, goals, and past campaign insights, • Leads creative concepting, requiring a deep knowledge of the core audience, French culture, and the client’s brand identity, • Proactively stays on top of the influencer industry, communicating news, platform updates, and social trends to the client, and optimizing strategies based on these insights, • Expert in Obviously’s technology and platforms, understands our competitive positioning in the industry, • Go-to expert in the European influencer space for our wider agency team to utilize as a resource for strategy and ideation, • Works closely with the Director of Strategy when there is a need for support on complex tasks, but always leads with confidence — maintaining ownership of projects, client relationships, and strategic recommendations. Skills & Expertise: • Diploma equivalent to a Bac +5 (Master in marketing, communication or strategy)., • 5+ years of marketing or strategy experience (influencer agency preferred), • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ever-changing industry, • Experience in strategic leadership projects that improved campaign performance, brand positioning, and/or overall client experience, • Critical thinker with the ability to take research and data and turn it into actionable insights, • Proficient creative thinking, budgeting, and storytelling with an eye for presentation design, • Excellent written and verbal skills in both French and English, • Strong presentation skills with the ability to confidently and clearly communicate strategies to both internal and external teams, • Experience using AI tools to enhance deliverables including but not limited to: research, creative ideation, editing, and project management., • Both left and right brain thinker, equally comfortable with data and creative thinking, • Well-versed in Google Slides and Powerpoint with the ability to take a strategy and lay it out in a cohesive, powerful story, • Ability to effectively manage and deliver complex work across a variety of tasks and manage time appropriately for projects, • Strong organization skills with attention to detail and excellent follow-through, • Interest and experience in influencer and social media marketing, has established a strong point-of-view on the industry, • Experience using influencer marketing platforms, technology, and/or services in some capacity Language Requirements: This role requires fluency in both French AND English (written and verbal) and will be required to write and speak both languages on a daily basis both internally and externally.
