We are looking for a talented professional with strong medical copywriting expertise who can develop compelling content for pharmaceutical brand deliverables. This role complements the design team while serving clients in the pharmaceutical sector. The focus will be on creating promotional communication content and developing market access materials. You should be recognised as a brand storyteller, able to translate complex science and data into engaging, compliant promotional copy. The goal is to make the complex simple, adapting detailed scientific information into clear, impactful content for digital and non-digital channels, while ensuring medical accuracy and referencing. Creativity, innovative thinking, and problem-solving should be at the heart of everything you do. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and update content for commercial assets across digital channels (banner ads, emails, sales rep tools such as iDetails, social media content, websites) and print materials (posters, slide kits, patient guidelines, sales content, leaflets, conference materials)., • Ensure all content complies with French regulations and client internal policies, with authentic and up-to-date references., • Contribute to creative projects, including campaign-level ideation and moving image content., • Partner with graphic design, brand, and production teams on briefs, workshops, and project delivery., • Follow best practices in processes, communication, project management, documentation, and technical standards (language, grammar, stylisation, data summarising, referencing)., • Participate in client calls and training sessions as required., • Utilize and oversee AI tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy in content development., • Ensure quality, confidentiality, security, and compliance with company systems, processes, and policies. Ideal Profile: • Education: Degree/Master’s in a healthcare-related discipline (or equivalent qualification)., • 5+ years of experience, preferably in an agency or in-house creative role with pharma sector clients., • Awareness of regulatory requirements – e.g., French Loi Bertrand and related legislation governing pharmaceutical communications., • Familiarity (or willingness to deepen knowledge) in rare diseases, with additional exposure in respiratory & immunology, cardiovascular, renal & metabolic, and oncology therapy areas., • Strong writing ability with conceptual thinking skills and a good knowledge of the digital landscape., • Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills., • SEO copywriting experience (keyword research, best practices for traffic and engagement) is a strong plus., • Up to date with latest technical/scientific developments and able to relate them to projects., • Client-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term partnerships., • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively., • Experience working in large, multinational, or matrix organizations is advantageous., • Ideally located within commutable distance to Paris (hybrid role: mix of remote working with occasional office visits)., • Native-level French written and spoken communication skills, with strong business English proficiency.
