Based in our Manchester Studio, you will work closely with our Studio Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our company. This position requires someone who can multi-task without losing focus – you must be organised and have excellent communication skills. Working both collaboratively and independently, resourcefulness and initiative are essential.
You will have a good understanding of Outlook, Teams/Zoom and the Microsoft Office suite. Previous experience answering phones is essential, with further training to be provided. Confidence is key for this role, as you will be directly communicating with clients, staff, and contractors on a daily basis.
This is a permanent position, however we are flexible on hours so are offering this position as either 3, 4 or 5 days per week. There is the potential to grow the role into a full-time position for the right person. The salary will be pro rata’d to £18,600 per annum with 22 days holiday entitlement, plus other benefits such as healthcare.
