Follow recipes and instructions carefully to ensure consistent quality. Support daily production and help with packaging and displays. Requirements: Previous experience in a bakery, kitchen, or food preparation role is a plus (training can be provided). Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good teamwork and communication skills. Flexible with working early mornings, weekends, or holidays if required.
