Job Summary They are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiters / Waitresses to join our opening team. As a front-of-house team member, you'll play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, ensuring guests feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout their visit. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, including food, drinks, and shisha options Take accurate orders and deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner Provide knowledgeable recommendations and upsell where appropriate Ensure tables are clean, well-maintained, and properly set throughout service Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and shisha staff to ensure smooth service Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with a positive attitude Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable work environment at all times Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant, lounge, or hospitality environment preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, energetic, and professional attitude Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment A good understanding or willingness to learn about shisha and related services Flexibility to work evenings, weekends.
