Key Responsibilities: • Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils., • Keep all work surfaces, floors, and equipment clean and hygienic., • Dispose of waste and recycling according to kitchen procedures., • Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks (e.g., peeling, chopping) ifrequired., • Restock clean crockery, cutlery, and cooking equipment., • Ensure cleaning supplies are well stocked and report shortages to management., • Operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment safely., • Follow all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations., • Support the kitchen team during busy periods to maintain smooth operations.
