An exciting opportunity has arisen within a Sales Organisation based in Brixton providing a high standard of administration and supporting the Field Sales Team.

Job Description

• Process finance apps daily and update sales order book

• Update of in house systems

• Take payments for and deposits

• Ensure all necessary stationary available for Consultants

• Daily and Weekly Reporting

• Organising and scheduling events and all necessary transportation

• Attending all relevant meetings, training seminars and events

• Processing if invoices, commissions and payments

• Answer calls

• Filing

• Chasing Debtors

• Management and release of stock

• Cover reception

• Liaise with consultants

• PowerPoint/Excel Spreadsheet updates

• Upkeep of all incentives and programmes

• Ensure office is clean and tidy at all times

• Opening of office

• Attending to mail

• Diary management

• Supporting the team
