Processing HSSE performance reports weekly and monthly, providing feedback to enhance project HSSE goals. Collaborating with the EPC and other contractors during design documentation reviews. Attending weekly HSSE meetings with the EPC to monitor progress on HSSE issues. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with site requirements and processes. Requirements: To thrive in this role, you will need: A thorough understanding of UK HSSE legislation, with expertise in construction (CDM) topics. Experience in civils, site management, low and high voltage electrical construction, and commissioning. A NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification. A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Client's HSSE Manager or Representative in similar industries, preferably in solar construction. Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Availability: Initial onboarding and training 2-3 days per week starting no later than March 14, 2026, with the possibility of remote work. From April 2026, at least 1 day per week on-site to coordinate with the EPC and Client Site Manager.
