Contract: Permanent, Full Time Hours: 40 hours per week Responsible to: Registered Manager Location: Heysham, Morecambe Salary: Base salary of £28,915.33 per annum, with the potential to earn up to £35,635.33 per annum with sleep-in shifts We're seeking a motivated Residential Home Team Leader to join our team at Bayview, a family-style home in Capernwray, Carnforth, supporting up to four young people aged 8-18 with social, emotional, and behavioural needs. You'll help create a safe, nurturing environment, support daily operations, maintain Good/Outstanding Ofsted standards, and deputise for the Registered Manager when required. A full UK driving licence and a Level 3 Diploma in Working with Children & Young People are essential.
