The Role: As Enterprise Account Manager, you will be the strategic partner to some of the company’s largest and most complex clients. You’ll own a portfolio of around ten enterprise accounts and your mission is clear: service those clients with a view to grow that portfolio by 30% year-on-year. This isn’t about pushing a pre-packaged SaaS licence. It’s a consultative, solution-led sale. You’ll uncover your clients’ biggest talent and social-impact challenges, then work with internal experts to design bespoke programmes, from virtual work experience to AI-driven career coaching, that help them hit their goals. It’s part strategy, part storytelling, part relationship building and all about impact. Your Responsibilities: Here’s what your week could look like: • Deepen senior relationships – map decision-makers and influencers across complex enterprise structures; build trusted partnerships with HR, Talent and Social Impact leaders., • Drive revenue growth – deliver 30% upsell/cross-sell across your portfolio, taking individual accounts to new heights., • Lead renewals and negotiations – protect and grow lifetime value, structuring bespoke solutions that meet client objectives., • Hunt within accounts – spot opportunities in new territories, departments or business units and open doors., • Collaborate internally – partner with Project Management for onboarding and Student Marketing for engagement campaigns., • Report with insight – present clear, data-driven performance reviews and translate them into actionable next steps.
