THE PURPOSE We are looking for an experienced Senior Brand and Content Manager to set and deliver the strategy for our Keith Prowse, The Experience Golf, Gullivers Sports Travel, Events International, and Lyvera brands. This is a fast-paced and varied position which will encompass the full range of content and creative skills, as well as setting team priorities and department strategy. This senior role requires someone with a proven track record in executing content strategies that drive engagement, viewership, and fame. As well as an aptitude for team development and long-term target setting. You will work closely with the existing Marketing function to align activities with broader business goals. This role is perfect for someone who can take full responsibility for video and stills content, design, email and creative assets. We’re seeking a proactive individual who embraces change, actively contributes to the development and optimisation of our systems and processes, and plays a key role in developing an engaged, empowered, and high-performing team. YOU’LL BE DOING • Set and champion the creative vision for Keith Prowse, Gullivers Sports Travel, The Experience Golf, and all associated businesses and brands. Ensuring design and content strategies directly support long-term business goals, commercial growth, and brand leadership in premium sports hospitality, sports tours, and golf tours., • Define strategic priorities and success metrics for the design function, translating company objectives into clear goals, team plans, and measurable outcomes., • Lead, inspire, and develop the design team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement while ensuring individuals have clear pathways for growth., • Own the creative briefing and resourcing process, deciding where and how the team’s time is invested, and ensuring every project is strategically aligned, properly prioritised, and effectively delivered., • Continue the integration of the creative team, embedding unified systems, tools, and best-practice workflows to establish a high-performing, collaborative function. Delivering exceptional work from this function, across all our business units., • Act as custodian of the brand, evolving guidelines and ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across digital, print, experiential, and partner-led channels. Including being the lead person across Brand Ambassador campaigns; setting KPIs, and tracking ROI, to continuously improve and justify annual renewal., • Direct the creative presence at live events, deciding upon team deployment and ensuring best-in-class delivery of content capture, event collateral, and stakeholder-facing materials. The Senior Design Manager will work with the Head of Marketing to decide who attends which events, and what commercial value will be driven from the outputs., • Lead relationships with external creative partners, ensuring agency contributions add strategic value, elevate the brand, and deliver measurable ROI., • Collaborate with senior marketing leadership, ensuring creative strategy amplifies campaigns across CRM, social, digital, and partnership channels., • Continuously evolve team systems, platforms, and collaboration tools, leading the adoption of smarter, more connected ways of working that unlock efficiency, sharpen messaging and elevate how creative work is scoped, delivered, and measured to drive innovation and efficiency., • Own creative budgets and reporting, providing senior leadership with insight into performance against goals, and ensuring resources are invested for maximum impact., • Leading a B2C evolution, of our content output across major touchpoints such as organic social, website and paid media. Will need a clear, and strategic focus on understanding our customer, and curating content and pathways that will engage with this growing audience base. YOU’LL HAVE • Proven track record in a senior creative leadership role, setting strategy and delivering measurable business outcomes., • Visionary mindset with commercial acumen, able to translate company ambitions into actionable creative roadmaps that drive growth and engagement., • Exceptional leadership and people development skills, with experience inspiring teams, shaping culture, and enabling individuals to perform at their best., • Advanced project and priority management expertise, with the ability to balance multiple complex stakeholders and deliver high-profile work under pressure., • Strong analytical ability, with experience setting targets, measuring performance, and turning insights into continuous improvement., • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and fluency in CMS platforms (e.g., Sitecore), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and emerging technologies relevant to design and content., • Experience managing budgets and agency partnerships, ensuring creative investments deliver clear return on value., • Editorial and brand guardianship expertise, with the ability to shape narratives and experiences that resonate with audiences while advancing the brand’s premium positioning., • Proven ability to lead organisational change, particularly in integrating new teams, systems, and platforms into a cohesive, high-performance function., • Strategic ownership of DotDigital, setting the direction for email marketing design, automation, and reporting, while overseeing quality and consistency of delivery. A key responsibility and target for the Senior Design Manager will be monitoring and optimising campaigns based on identifying new segments (previous purchase[s]), and behaviours (i.e., identifying the commercially best days/times for sends)., • Oversight of organic social media channels (Meta platforms, LinkedIn), ensuring content strategy, posting, and reporting align with brand goals and team outputs., • Accountability for Canto as the digital asset management system, embedding best practices for organisation, governance, and accessibility of creative assets., • Leadership of Canva usage within the team, ensuring it is deployed effectively as a complementary tool for efficient, brand-consistent content creation. Your role at Clorox: The Director of HR will lead the strategic people agenda across the AMEA region (Africa, Middle East, Europe, Australia/New Zealand, Greater China, Korea, and South East Asia), a diverse and dynamic geography that includes multiple joint venture partnerships in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Korea, and Kenya. Reporting directly to the VP & General Manager, AMEA, and partnering closely with the Senior HR Director, H&H Group, this role serves as the senior HR leader for the region and a key member of the AMEA Leadership Team. In this highly visible position, the Director of HR will act as a trusted advisor to the VP GM and regional leaders, bringing strong business acumen, credibility, and perspective to help shape decisions that impact both people and performance. The role has end‑to‑end accountability for the people agenda across commercial and manufacturing operations, including direct leadership of the HR agenda for the Saudi Arabia joint venture and strategic guidance to JV partners across the region. This leader will ensure that current and future talent, capability, and organizational needs are met by effectively embedding Clorox talent programs, rewards, and people processes where available, and thoughtfully designing local solutions where they are not—always aligned to the ethos and spirit of Clorox while meeting regional requirements. The scope includes full responsibility for core HR programs such as talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, organizational design, rewards and benefits, employee relations, compliance, health and wellness, payroll, and employee communications. Working closely with AMEA leaders and International HR counterparts, the Director of HR will design and execute a people strategy that enables the AMEA business strategy, supports joint venture success, and delivers sustainable results in a complex, multicultural, and fast‑moving environment. In this role, you will: Strategy Development and Execution • Member of the HRBP community of practice, developing and executing against the enterprise people strategy., • Member of AMEA Leadership Team, developing and executing the AMEA SBU strategy., • Take primary ownership for the development and roll out of AMEA’s and Joint Venture’s People Strategy across a large geographical remit, including down to country and site level., • Lead strategic people initiatives in support of broader AMEA business strategy., • Lead the workforce planning process within the region. Lead integration of Clorox people strategies and implement within the region where applicable and adds value. Where Clorox strategies are not available, personally lead the identification and delivery in line with business needs (especially within the JV businesses)., • Identify, agree, define and implement culture and engagement programs at regional level, • Maintain communications and linkage to Clorox HR, • Act as lead in People agenda for M&A related activities, including identification, due diligence and post M&A integration. Operations, Efficiency and Compliance • Ensure HR processes are competitive programs and structures are in place and integrated across business., • Ensure controls and standards are in place for all people related aspects of our business, including compliance payroll, employment standards, local regulations., • Escalation point for employment matters, which are all non-routine/complex given the nature of the AMEA business, • Influence, prepare and deliver the HR budget across for AMEA SBU HR consultant • HR leader for AMEA leadership team, providing HR perspective on business discussions., • Go beyond ‘meeting service requests but act as a catalyst for change, and coach LT members using broad business experience., • Understand business challenges/opportunities (both internally and externally) and support AMEA leaders in driving culture, as well as acting as an equal face of the the business leadership to local teams (beyond HR)., • Provide guidance, coaching, and thought leadership to AMEA leaders and managers, • Provide Clorox HR expertise and guidance on JV projects and ensure projects/priorities are coordinated and aligned to the broader strategy. Where Management Control sits with Clorox, personally direct the delivery of work, and be wholly accountable for it, when it comes to HR., • Provide feedback, and actively engage stakeholders within Clorox HR, to ensure the uniqueness, is considered and incorporated in relevant Clorox/JV HR initiatives. People Development Lead, manage, and develop HR staff in the region. What we look for: • 10+ years of progressive HR management experience, including at least 5 years in senior HR leadership roles within complex, multi‑national organizations; FMCG experience strongly preferred., • Proven senior HR generalist with end‑to‑end experience across the full HR lifecycle, from payroll and employee relations through strategy, organizational design, and transformation., • Demonstrated success acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to executive and senior leadership, influencing decisions beyond the HR function., • Strong hands‑on expertise across all core HR disciplines, including Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Communications, Employee Relations, and Workforce Planning., • Deep working knowledge of international labor laws, employment practices, and local ordinances across multiple jurisdictions (e.g., Middle East, Saudi Arabia, Asia), including experience managing unionized workforces., • Extensive experience within Joint Venture and complex corporate entity structures, including board governance, statutory duties, and compliance obligations. (HIGHLY PREFERRED), • Experience supporting high‑growth, scale‑up environments, including entering new markets and building HR operating models in emerging or evolving markets., • Background supporting manufacturing businesses and frontline/manufacturing workforces; working knowledge or qualification in Health & Safety Management is highly preferred., • Demonstrated expertise in managing local litigation and employee relations matters in close partnership with Legal., • Ability to operate independently and “self‑serve” in environments with limited corporate infrastructure or centralized support., • Strong business, commercial, and strategic acumen, with the ability to translate business strategy into executable people initiatives., • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, competing priorities, and ad‑hoc demands while consistently driving results and process improvement., • Highly effective communicator and influencer with strong consultation, critical thinking, and stakeholder management skills; able to adapt approach to diverse cultural contexts., • Proven people leader with strong coaching, development, and team management capabilities., • University degree required; advanced degree in Human Resources, Business, or Behavioral Sciences preferred.
