Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to own and manage day-to-day client relationships across a portfolio of brand partners. This is a classic agency-style role, acting as the central point of contact between clients and our internal production, design, and development teams. You will be responsible for ensuring projects run smoothly from commercial handover through delivery, maintaining strong client relationships, managing timelines and expectations, and ensuring work is delivered to the highest standard. This role requires someone who understands (or is deeply passionate about learning) Roblox, gaming culture, gamification mechanics, and fashion/luxury brands, and who thrives in a fast-paced, creative, and technical environment. Key Responsibilities Client & Relationship Management • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients, • Build strong, trusted relationships with brand partners, • Manage ongoing communication, status updates, and expectations, • Proactively identify risks, challenges, and opportunities within accounts, • Own projects from business development handover through to delivery and reporting, • Translate client briefs into clear internal project scopes and timelines, • Coordinate and manage internal teams including 3D designers, developers, producers, and external partners, • Keep projects on track in terms of scope, timing, and quality, • Act as the bridge between clients and production teams, • Prioritise workloads and manage dependencies across multiple projects, • Brief internal teams clearly and ensure feedback is accurately captured and implemented, • Deliver regular client reporting, including:, • Project status updates, • Performance metrics (where applicable: engagement, sales, visits, etc.), • Post-launch reviews and learnings, • Work closely with the Business Development team during onboarding and handover, • Identify opportunities for account growth, upsells, and renewals, • Support scoping of new briefs and proposals for existing clients Skills & Experience Required • 3–5+ years’ experience in an Account Manager / Client Services role, ideally within:, • Creative, digital, gaming, fashion, or marketing agencies, • Proven experience managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously, • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, • Experience working with creative and technical production teams, • Understanding of Roblox, UGC platforms, or gaming ecosystems, • Experience with gamification, virtual worlds, or digital experiences, • Interest or background in fashion, luxury, beauty, or youth culture, • Calm, confident, and solutions-focused under pressure, • Commercially minded with a client-first approach, • Proactive, self-motivated, and highly reliable, • Comfortable communicating with both creatives and developers, • Passionate about gaming, culture, and the future of fashion Why Join republiqe? • Work with global, iconic brands at the intersection of fashion and gaming, • Be part of a fast-growing business shaping the future of virtual commerce, • Collaborate with a talented, ambitious, and creative team, • Opportunity to grow with the company as we scale our platform and partnerships
