We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant at our Manchester location to work as part of our vehicle returns team. You will be working in a fast‑paced environment where the customer is at the centre of everything we do, providing a world class customer facing service at every stage of the rental process. Your previous experience should demonstrate your passion for service and a level‑headed approach to dealing with the daily challenges of a busy customer environment. • Work closely with all staff to ensure customers receive and return their vehicles in a timely manner., • Ensure continued excellence in customer service and damage standards, and achievement of all KPIs in these areas., • Ensure all administration is completed accurately according to operating procedures., • Process all workshop vehicles according to operating procedures., • A full, valid clean driving licence with a minimum of 4 years of driving experience., • Excellent communication and face-to-face interpersonal skills., • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment., • Flexibility in working hours, including availability during the day, evenings and weekends with a wide variety of shifts., • Car rental/sales experience desirable but not essential (training will be provided)., • Competitive basic salary with 6 weeks holiday (including bank holidays), increasing with length of service., • Pension and life insurance scheme., • Enhanced maternity and adoption leave (subject to service and earning qualifications)., • Discounted car hire rates across our network., • 20% discount on EE mobile phone contracts., • Discounted hotel rates through the Accor Group after 12 months service., • Cycle2Work., • Free annual eye tests., • Confidential legal and support service through BUPA. #J-18808-Ljbffr
