Job Title: Impact Development Manager Location: Crewe Area (Cheshire) Salary: £35,000 – £50,000 per annum (DOE) Contract: Full-time About the Role This is an exciting new 'hands on' position created as a result of organisational growth within a thriving, £1.4m turnover charity dedicated to improving health and wellbeing across the Crewe area. As Impact Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the organisation, working closely with the CEO to drive strategic development, strengthen operations, and maximise community impact. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to make a tangible difference and help scale a fantastic, purpose-driven organisation. The role would suit someone who is strategically minded with an operational attitude.
