Key Responsibilities • Teach small, focused classes, adapting lessons to meet each pupil’s unique learning style and needs., • Create engaging, inclusive learning experiences that encourage curiosity and confidence., • Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and pastoral colleagues., • Nurture pupils’ academic, social, emotional, and personal development holistically., • Promote a safe, respectful, and positive environment where every child feels valued., • Support pupils in developing essential life skills and independence., • Encourage pupil participation and ownership of their learning journey., • Maintain excellent safeguarding standards and prioritise pupil wellbeing., • Track and assess progress effectively, adapting strategies as needed., • A degree-level qualification, • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), • A creative, flexible, and resilient approach to teaching, • A genuine passion for supporting children with additional or complex needs, • Strong teamwork and communication skills About us Park School is an independent specialist day school for boys and girls aged from 7 to 18, catering for pupils with a wide range of social, emotional and mental health needs.
