At Buro Happold, we’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our dynamic UK TA team and play a pivotal role in attracting top-tier talent to support our ambitious growth plans. The role will be based from our Bath or London offices with hybrid working. What You’ll Do: As a key member of our UK Talent Acquisition team, you’ll lead recruitment efforts across a designated business area, partnering with hiring managers and HR to deliver best-in-class hiring strategies. You’ll champion inclusive practices, craft compelling job adverts, and proactively source top-tier talent to support our global growth. Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end recruitment across the UK, partnering with Hiring Managers, HR, and TA colleagues., • Design innovative attraction and selection strategies with a strong focus on direct sourcing., • Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for rapid access to skilled candidates., • Champion inclusive recruitment practices and promote our Buro Bite training., • Advise on permanent and contract hiring strategies aligned with business growth., • Write compelling job adverts and proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, social media, and more., • Deliver exceptional candidate experiences from first contact to offer acceptance., • Share market insights and recruitment data to inform strategic decisions., • Proven recruitment experience in a global engineering consultancy (Buildings, Infrastructure, Sustainability or Advisory sectors ideal)., • A blend of agency and in-house recruitment expertise., • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills., • Creative sourcing strategies and expert use of LinkedIn and social media., • Knowledge of GDPR, IR35, and the contractor market., • Hybrid working arrangements., • Attractive salary and benefits package including, private medical insurance, life assurance and income protection., • Holiday entitlement of 25 days per annum (exclusive of bank holidays) and flexible holiday arrangements., • Generous company pension scheme., • Flexible benefits including cycle scheme, dental insurance, optical cover, travel insurance, season ticket loans, and corporate discounts., • Enhanced parenthood leave policies., • 3pm finish on the last Friday of the month., • A strong commitment to your continuous development.
