The main purpose of the role is to lead and coordinate a force-wide, methodical response to high-harm offenders and vulnerable victims. Coordinating the organisational response to high-harm nominals and the most vulnerable victims; translating analytical products into methodical, evidence-led plans that reduce harm and demand.
