The brand is known for its attention to detail, craftsmanship, and bold design sensibility, combining luxury materials with unconventional, statement-making silhouettes. The Production team plays a critical role in ensuring that Yuzefi’s creative vision is accurately and efficiently realised across all collections. Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Production &; Product Development Assistant to join the Yuzefi team. This role bridges the gap between product development and production, supporting the entire product lifecycle across Ready-to-Wear (RTW), Footwear, and Accessories. This role provides essential support across sample management, internal administration, fit sessions, and logistics. The Production Assistant ensures the smooth day-to-day operations of the Product Development and Production teams, maintaining organisation, supporting internal processes, and facilitating communication between design, production, and suppliers. This is a hands-on, operational role requiring meticulous attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is looking to deepen their experience in fashion production and product development. Key Responsibilities Production Coordination Product Development Support Sample & Colour Card Management Fit Session Support Supplier & Internal Communication Logistics & Shipping Administration • Arrange and track sample shipments and internal document sends (e.g. DHL)., • Check and log courier invoices for accounting and reconciliation purposes. Internal Admin & Process Management • Keep production trackers, line lists, and collection overviews up to date., • Log and file supplier and courier invoices for internal approval processes., • Support cross-referencing and reconciliation with delivery and PO records. Intern Oversight Skills & Experience Required: • Confident communicator with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams.
