Job Details This role supports the development, launch, and lifecycle management of products across both the OEM and ActivHeal portfolios. To have responsibility for specific product portfolios as described below. To support the marketing and commercial teams to successfully deliver the business plan via: • Managing the building of data to support product claims, enabling our partners to defend against new entrants to the markets and delivering product launches that meet targets., • Developing marketing materials to support aspects of both existing and new products., • Establishing relationships with partners to inform the development of the product portfolio and to ensure the range of products fits the partners’ needs both in terms of performance and cost., • Assist in setting revenue targets for product portfolios., • Support the Business Development Managers to deliver the annual Business Plan., • Manage changes to partners’ product ranges, as necessitated by line extensions, brand changes, new product launches, etc., • Work with Business Development Managers to deliver the current year’s Business Plan. What will this role involve? • Generation of sales materials and aids., • Development and management of KOLs., • Management of product upgrades, development and line extensions into market., • Analysis of market data and sales trends., • Monitoring and analysis of competitor activity., • Providing direct field support to target and key accounts., • Managing pre tender and tender support activity., • Providing analysis and input for pricing strategy., • Providing distributor support in terms of any co-marketing activity, promotions and supply channel support., • Assist in building the marketing budget., • Assist in managing the budget and expenditure., • Involvement in the development of business cases for product upgrades and line extensions., • Creation of PR and day to day non-strategic communications and content for review., • KOL development., • The jobholder has day to day working relationships with Sales and Marketing, Research and Development, Customer Service, Operations, Clinical Trials Manager. What we're looking for? • Business or marketing degree., • Experience within Medical Devices or Healthcare more widely would be advantageous., • Strong communication skills., • Good analytical skills., • Spreadsheet and numerical analysis skills., • Time management skills., • Problem solving skills., • Ability to be pro-active, with a sense of urgency., • Ability to read, understand and communicate technical documentation., • Highly motivated, able to work in a fast paced environment with continual change.
